Legal information under review

The legal review of this information is not yet complete. Outstanding points are listed below.

This privacy policy describes the current website draft and identifies details to confirm before public use. Updated: 18 September 2026.

TEGNEX GROUP LLC 30 N Gould St Ste R Sheridan, WY 82801 United States

Listed as the principal office and mailing address in the Wyoming Secretary of State register.

## Contact

Email: support@tegnex.com

## Accessing this website

This website is hosted on Netlify. Server logs may record IP addresses, access times, requested files and browser information.

## Hosting with Netlify

The public website uses Netlify hosting. Connection and access data are processed to deliver the site and maintain security and stability.

Netlify identifies Netlify, Inc. as the data importer. Its published data processing agreement describes international transfers and the safeguards provided for them. Contract allocation, enabled services and retention periods for this website still need confirmation. Netlify privacy information.

## Project enquiries and email

The form prepares a draft only in your browser. The website does not send your entries to TEGNEX or save them in cookies, local storage or session storage. Your browser may retain form fields through its own recovery or autofill features. Transmission through your email provider happens only when you send the message yourself.

When you contact us, we process the details and content you provide to handle your enquiry. Depending on the request, the legal basis may be pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or a legitimate interest in handling business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

## Email through Google Workspace

We use Google Workspace to receive and handle emails sent to support@tegnex.com. Google processes message content, contact details and technical metadata. Before publication, we still need to confirm the Google entity responsible for our contract, the agreed data protection terms and the arrangements for international data transfers.

## Fonts, media and analytics

Fonts and visuals are served locally with the website. This draft has no analytics, advertising or tracking services, no external video or map embeds, no cookies and no local storage.

## No AI chat or call recording on this page

The interactive examples are local visualizations. They do not send text to an AI model or record audio. Adding a real chat or voice assistant later requires a separate description of data processing.

## Recipients and retention

Hosting and email providers may receive data when the public site operates. The actual providers, deletion periods for enquiries and logs, and applicable retention duties must be added before publication. Data may only be retained as long as needed for its purpose or required by law.

## Your rights

Where GDPR applies and its conditions are met, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may withdraw consent for future processing and object to legitimate-interest processing based on your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time.

You may complain to a competent data protection authority, particularly where you normally live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
